He holds a Master's degree in Creativity and Leadership for Change from the State University of New York - Buffalo State, USA, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Colombia.

    He is recognized for his role as an intrapreneur, having created and led initiatives such as the rISE platform for co-creating frugal innovations, the Latin American Frugal Innovation Network, the Women Empowerment Innovation Hub, and the Cooperative Support Program in the ETCR Antonio Nariño. These initiatives aim to address challenges faced by marginalized communities while fostering academia's contribution to solving these problems through practical and sustainable solutions
