    Research Professor at the Institute of Public Health of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Line of research in health and environment with a focus on spatial analysis of public health problems.

    Spatial analysis of health issues to understand the relationship between geographic location and population health with the goal of identifying spatial patterns and trends relevant to addressing these issues. I especially enjoy developing work on problems related to neglected tropical diseases, friendly cities, road safety and health situation analysis from spatiality.
