Nutritionist (National University of Colombia) and Master in Public Health (University of Valle), with a solid track record in research, teaching, management, and consultancy in public nutrition and nutritional epidemiology. Her work has focused on the analysis of the food environment, dietary patterns, diet costs, and diet quality. Since 2017, she has served as Professor and Head of the Department of Food and Nutrition at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali, leading the scientific management of academic initiatives and projects in research, technological development, and innovation aimed at promoting health, well-being, and the sustainable transformation of food systems.
