    I am an engineer passionate about biological sciences, with experience applying engineering principles to harness biological resources and make them useful through biotechnology. I currently serve as Director of the Bioengineering Program at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where I contribute to academic leadership, curriculum development, and quality assurance in higher education. My work spans biotechnology and bioprocesses, with research interests in plant–microbe interactions, PGPR-based technologies, microbial ecology, and sustainable bio-based solutions. I actively collaborate with national and international partners, mentor students, and promote science outreach, innovation, and social impact.
