Overview
Personal profile
I am a researcher and educator with expertise in applied linguistics, critical intercultural approaches to language education, and the integration of digital technologies in teaching. Currently, I am participating in a research project at Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores (Faculty of Education) that examines the use of digital technologies in pedagogical practices for ethnic minorities. This project addresses three central questions: What uses have been given to digital technologies in these contexts? Which theoretical models and frameworks have guided their integration? And what opportunities and challenges emerge from their application? My broader academic trajectory combines teaching, curriculum design, and critical inquiry into how technology, pedagogy, and interculturality intersect to expand access to education and foster inclusive practices. I have collaborated in interdisciplinary teams, contributed to the development of innovative methodologies, and remain committed to producing knowledge that links theory and practice to support social transformation in diverse educational settings.
