Full member of the American Society of Virology. Researcher recognized by the national system of science and technology of Colombia. Principal investigator of applied research projects and innovation and development projects. Editor of scientific journals. National consultant in biotechnological and virological affairs for state and private institutions.
Research interests: Development of Antivirals, Evaluation of antimicrobials, Evaluation of the predictive toxicity of molecules and compounds, Molecular characterization of viruses.
