    Professor at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a Master's Degree in Digital Systems Design and a Doctorate in Computational Electromagnetics (CEM).

    Prior to joining the Javeriana University, he worked in the Energy Support, Communication Systems and Software Development Sectors between 1996 and 2002.

    He is currently Head of the Digital Section. With extensive experience in academic management as Director of the Electronic Engineering Program at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 2002 and 2008. He was responsible for the program's accreditation process before the CNA (National Accreditation Council), Curricular Reform and Systems Implementation of information.

    In teaching he implemented competency-based evaluation processes in some of the subjects he was in charge of. His area of expertise has been software development for Embedded Systems and DIgital Design.

    In research, his area focuses on computer circuit simulation, physical phenomena, given his expertise in FDTD methods for Computational Electromagnetics.

    He has been an Academic Advisor and currently leads the Research Seedbeds in Blockchain and Computational Physics.
