    PhD candidate in Philosophy at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where he develops the research project The Ambassador as Guardian of Peace: From the Mythical Model of Reconciliation in Homer to the Philosophical Action of Peace in Plato. His work focuses on Ancient Philosophy, particularly Plato, exploring aesthetic, political, and anthropological dimensions of his thought. He holds a BA in Philosophy from the same university, where he earned the highest honors with the thesis The Beautiful is Difficult: Research on Beauty in Plato's Republic, and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Uniagustiniana, with a project on seawater electrical conductivity and renewable systems. In 2024, he worked as a Research Assistant for the project Catholic Philosophy in Latin America, and he is currently preparing the article The Photophilia of the Human Being in Plato: A Biological-Philosophical Interpretation of the Response to Light in the Cave. He presented at the International Congress of Philosophy (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) and facilitates the Plato Reading Group at Javeriana. He also combines his academic work with community and artistic engagement as a choir director and leader of reading groups in local parishes and community libraries.
