Personal profile
Patricia Hidalgo Martínez has been associated with the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana since 2003 and is currently a full professor in the Department of Internal Medicine. She teaches at the Faculty of Medicine and conducts research in the field of sleep medicine.
She has conducted various research projects on sleep issues in support of various scientific societies. She has also coordinated the sleep disorders research group. She has also served as an advisor and guest lecturer at academic events.
Her main research interests include sleep medicine, and she is a member of the A1 Adult Chronic Diseases research group. Over the years, she has published a considerable number of original articles in international journals and developed national guidelines.
