Guillermo Ruiz-Pava received his Ph.D. in management from Universidad de Los Andes, School of Management, Bogotá-Colombia. His research focuses on how evolving social structures emerge from technological innovation. Currently, He is an Assistant Profesor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá- Colombia. Previously, He was a Visiting Student Researcher at Stanford University, a Postdoctoral Associate and Research Affiliate at MIT-IDSS (Institute for Data, Systems, and Society) in the United States of America (USA), and a Postdoctoral Assistant at Universidad de los Andes.
