Vincent Frederic Gascon

Vincent-Frédéric Gascon is a Canadian diplomat and scholar whose research examines the psychological and organizational dimensions of statecraft, including how mobility and moral agency shape diplomatic subjectivity. Since 2006, he has served in six postings and supported fifteen Ambassadors, with humanitarian deployments in Haiti (2010), Beirut (2016), and Tel Aviv (2023; 2024).
