    Gustavo Adolfo Gómez Flórez has been associated with the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali since 2008. He currently serves as the Director of the Master's Program in Social Policy and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and Finance. His teaching duties include the undergraduate Economics program, as well as the graduate programs: the Ph.D. in Economic Sciences and the Master's Program in Social Policy.

    He has conducted research on Labor Economics, Impact Evaluation, and Empowerment. He has also served as the Principal Investigator for the project, "Systemic Thinking in the Analysis of Simulated Macroeconomic Systems from a Serious Board Game."

    The professor's main research interests include internal conflict, inequality, and the labor market. He is also interested in Macroeconomic topics, economic growth, and the public sector.

    He has published original articles in highly reputable, peer-reviewed international journals. Furthermore, the professor has served as a reviewer for journals covering topics related to Labor Economics and Macroeconomics.
