Lawyer from the National University with a monograph on legal path for the repatriation of the Quimbaya treasure. He specializes in Constitutional Law and Public Management with a Master's degree in Environment and a thesis on "Geopoetics of the Mountain-Mountaineer Body, the becoming of Salento" and a Master's degree in Territorial Government with a thesis on "Megamining in the Department of Quindio and Social Movements between 1999 and 2018." He is currently a PhD student in Social and Human Sciences.
