My research interests focus on measuring physical activity, sedentary behaviors, and physical fitness; the effects of physical inactivity and sedentary behaviors on health; exercise prescription for healthy individuals and those with chronic diseases; and the promotion of physical activity in different contexts. My methodological expertise is in quantitative research.
