Felipe Jaramillo Ruiz is an Associate Professor of the Department of Legal and Political Science of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali. Doctor in Political Science and International Relations at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. His research focuses on peacebuilding, democracy, gender, intersectionality, disability, human rights and international humanitarian law.

Felipe has been a consultant for UNICEF, Partners for America, Transparency for Colombia, Humanity and Inclusion, among other national and international organizations, on issues of inclusion, disability, education and gender.
