Edgar Gonzalo Marmol Moncayo has been associated with the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana-Cali since 2023 and is currently an instructor in the Department of Creation, teaching in the gastronomy and culinary arts program and conducting research on innovation and survival in gastronomic businesses. He has also worked as a consultant for entrepreneurship in the same field.
