Elimar Sibelis Ponton Deluquez

Lawyer from the University of San Buenaventura-Cartagena with a solid academic background and practical experience in the field of human rights, international humanitarian law, and international cooperation for development. Her multidisciplinary training includes a specialization in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law from the National University of Colombia, a specialization and master's degree in International Development Cooperation from the University of San Buenaventura and the University of Pavia, Italy, a master's degree in International Trade Law from the International University of La Rioja, Spain. She is currently pursuing a PhD in legal sciences from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, focused on the intersection of international law and artificial intelligence. For more than 10 years, she has combined his passion for research with university teaching, developing skills in critical analysis and project management. Her experience ranges from academic research to the implementation of access to justice programs and institutional strengthening in vulnerable communities.
