Overview
Personal profile
Computational biology & machine learning researcher with a strong focus on biological image analysis (2D/3D, multispectral) and expertise in interpretable hybrid mechanistic (biophysical)–ML modeling for living systems.
I combine spatiotemporal modeling, pattern recognition, and multimodal integration (imaging-derived morphological features + metadata) with statistical validation.
I am particularly interested in morphogenesis and cellular dynamics, and in translating these approaches to single-cell, omics-informed settings.
Expertise related to UN Sustainable Development Goals
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
-
SDG 2 Zero Hunger
-
SDG 13 Climate Action
