Personal profile
I am an expert in Restoration Ecology and ecological restoration, with skills in the design, implementation, and monitoring of restoration projects. My experience includes native plant propagation, revegetation, habitat enhancement, and community involvement in areas impacted by invasive species, fires, and deforestation. I promote knowledge exchange in rural and indigenous communities. My research focuses on disturbance ecology, ecological succession, and seed dispersal by bats. I have collaborated with the Humboldt Institute, National Parks, and the Bogotá Environment Secretariat. Founder and president of REDCRE, and active member of the Ibero-American Society for Ecological Restoration.
