Lawyer, PhD in electric energy regulation from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, Master in electric energy regulation from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, Specialist in Commercial Law from the Externado University of Colombia. She is a full time professor at Universidad Javeriana de Cali. She is a member of the energy group of the University of São Paulo (GEPEA) and was a member of the energy cluster of southwestern Colombia. She has experience as legal advisor of Compañía Energética del Tolima Enertolima S.A. ESP, she worked as a consultant on energy regulation issues at the law firm Moreno Servicios Legales and as legal advisor at the Instituto de Planificación de Soluciones Energéticas (IPSE) linked to the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Colombia.
