Carolina Guardiola Lince has been affiliated with the Pontifical Javeriana University in Cali since 2023 and currently serves as an instructor professor in the Department of Architecture, Art, and Design. She engages in teaching activities in the Architecture Program and conducts research in the field of housing and urbanism.

She has conducted research on housing issues in the rural development sector and serves as the coordinator of the Habitat Consultancy.
