Personal profile
Boris Cendales is a sociologist and PhD in Psychology, as well as a researcher and university professor in the fields of organizational behavior and occupational health. His work focuses on psychosocial factors at work and their relationship with job stress, health, and employee performance. He is widely recognized for his recent research on operational safety outcomes associated with occupational exposures among urban public transport drivers. He has participated in interdisciplinary projects and international collaborations with the Center for Social Epidemiology (Los Angeles, CA), the INTRAS Institute (University of Valencia), and the International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF, London, UK), and has published extensively in high-impact scientific journals. In addition, he has a strong background in academic editing and curriculum design, with an emphasis on knowledge transfer to organizational contexts.
