A lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, she specializes in Administrative Law from the same alma mater. She holds a Master's degree in Law with an emphasis on Contractual, Extracontractual, Civil, and State Liability from the Externado de Colombia University. She currently serves as an Assistant Magistrate of the Third Section of the Council of State.
