Specialist in Environmental Law from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. PhD candidate in Legal Sciences at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in joint supervision with the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Research assistant in the Research Group on Social Justice, General Legal Theory, and Political Theory, focusing on human rights, development, and business. Focus and expertise in public international law, human rights, immigration law, constitutional law, and national and international environmental law. Experience in the public sector, private sector (law firm), international organizations (European Union and United Nations), and international consulting. University professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels, lecturer, and researcher. Member of the Board of Directors of the Colombian Academy of International Law (ACCOLDI), member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Franco-Colombian Jurists, member of the Teaching Forum on Business and Human Rights, and member of the Euro-Latin American Institute for Integration Studies (IELEPI). Passionate about languages, with proficiency in Spanish, English, French, Italian, and Portuguese.
