Andrés Rosas Wulfers is an industrial engineer who graduated from the Universidad de los Andes, with a master's degree and doctorate in economics from Brown University in the United States, and a master's degree in economics from the University of Toronto in Canada. He joined the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana as a professor 22 years ago, where he has played a prominent role. His career includes serving as dean of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences and director of the Department of Economics.
