Su trabajo integra la síntesis orgánica, la cinética química y el modelado computacional para el estudio de la reactividad a nivel molecular. Su línea principal de investigación se enfoca en el establecimiento de mecanismos de reacción, con especial énfasis en la química de radicales libres.
