Personal profile

Master in Psychology from Universidade Federal do Paraná-Brazil and Psychologist from Universidad del Valle-Cali. He currently holds the position of director of the Master's Degree in Education at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. His undergraduate teaching activities are related to the area of educational psychology, accompanying psychologists in training for the development of intervention skills in formal education and work education environments. In postgraduate studies, teaching is aimed at the professional qualification of practicing teachers. His research activities relate to the quality of educational interactions, educational innovation, educational games, and the development of scientific thinking. In these topics, it has received different recognitions such as "Teaching innovation of excellence" (2023), "Innovations for learning" (2021) and "Teaching research" (2021), awarded by the Corporation for the Integration and Development of Higher Education in the Colombian South West – CIDESCO.
