    Bachelor in Chemistry from the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Colombia, Specialist in Food Science and Technology, and Master of Science in Chemistry from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Currently, PhD candidate in Biological Sciences at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Since 2016, I have been working as an Adjunct Lecturer in chemistry and related fields at the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD). My research experience focuses on the degradation of bioactive compounds during food storage and processing, the characterization of functional ingredients, and the development of foods with functional potential.
