Overview
Personal profile
Doctoral candidate in Legal Sciences (2024-2027). Lawyer with specializations in Commercial Law and Insurance Law, and master's degrees in Educational Technology and in the Administration of Educational Institutions. My research focuses on legal education, educational quality, ethics and professional responsibility, as well as the evaluation of public policies in the education sector. I design and conduct projects that combine historical-critical analysis with empirical methods - document analysis, interviews and focus groups, case studies, mixed-methods designs, and impact evaluations - to examine how regulatory and curricular frameworks shape the development of ethical, civic, and professional competencies. My research aims to produce proposals for curricular innovation and evidence-based institutional recommendations that contribute to the improvement of legal education and to greater equity in higher education. I have shared findings in articles and conference presentations focused on pedagogical innovation and institutional evaluation.
