The systematic and massive violation of the fundamental rights of people deprived of liberty is widely known.The high levels of overcrowding, the poor guarantee of basic rights and freedoms, together with social apathy towards the issue, make people deprived of liberty one of the most vulnerable and excluded groups in contemporary societies.Within this context, the seedbed seeks to carry out activities for the benefit of the population deprived of liberty, seeking the satisfaction of their fundamental rights.
