El semillero de materiales de construcción MATCON busca promover en los estudiantes habilidades para la formulación y ejecución de proyectos de investigación experimental. Además de que puedan alcanzar competencias como la comunicación efectiva, el trabajo en equipo y la resolución de problemas de ingeniería. Su enfoque principal es contribuir en el desarrollo y divulgación de materiales de construcción alternativos que, por sus propiedades, aporten a la economía circular de la industria.
