Organization profile
The Financial Law Research Group is an academic forum dedicated to the rigorous and critical study of the financial system and its regulation from legal, economic, and interdisciplinary perspectives. Its purpose is to promote educational research, academic discussion, and the production of applied knowledge regarding the dynamics, risks, and transformations of the financial sector, both nationally and internationally. The group seeks to generate research with academic and practical impact, capable of contributing to the strengthening of the regulatory framework, legal certainty, and the proper functioning of markets. Likewise, it establishes itself as a training ground for students interested in and passionate about Financial Law, promoting normative, jurisprudential, and doctrinal analysis, critical thinking, and the collective development of proposals that address the current and future challenges of the financial system.
