The SIICUNA seedbed promotes the interdisciplinary study and understanding of socio-environmental dynamics. It stimulates the collective and collaborative creation of knowledge, methodologies and analyses on the multiple relationships that are interwoven between humans and nature, their complexities and implications in local, regional and national contexts. It fosters dialogues between different disciplines and methodologies to understand the multidimensional relationships that articulate diverse actors and social, political, ecological, biological and economic structures for the access, use, control and representation of nature.
