The INSPIRE hotbed, acronym for Integrative Neuroscience, Sleep Sciences and Physiology for Innovation, Research and Education, is a multidisciplinary group dedicated to research and education in integrative neuroscience, sleep sciences and physiology.Its focus covers various aspects of the functioning of the nervous system, the physiological processes related to sleep and the autonomic nervous system.This hotbed brings together professors and student researchers committed to the interdisciplinary study of these topics, with the aim of generating innovative knowledge and practical applications in fields such as medicine and bioengineering.INSPIRE promotes collaboration between diverse disciplines to advance the understanding of the mind-body connection, as well as to improve quality of life and human performance through integrative and evidence-based approaches.
