Objectives
- To generate situated knowledge about the world of work in Colombia articulated with the contemporary constitution of subjectivity.
- To propose concepts and methodologies that allow to apprehend and intervene in the labor spheres in the midst of the particular working conditions of the country.
- Contribute to solve the problems of inequity in society.
- To examine the proposals of the psychological discipline in terms of its political linkage with certain ways of conducting the world of work.
