In the history of the Faculty of Nursing of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, there has been a special interest in the study of the field of knowledge of Nursing.The determination of a conceptual framework is an indispensable premise for the development of Nursing education and for the performance of the professional in each of the scenarios, therefore, the seedbed aims to stimulate interest in the disciplinary foundation in Nursing students and professionals, as well as encourage the development of research articulated with their own knowledge, so as to favor the reduction of the existing gap between theory and practice.
