In the history of the Faculty of Nursing of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, there has been a special interest in the study of the field of knowledge of Nursing. The determination of a conceptual framework is an indispensable premise for the development of Nursing education and for the performance of the professional in each of the scenarios, therefore, the seedbed aims to stimulate interest in the disciplinary foundation in Nursing students and professionals, as well as to encourage the development of research articulated with their own knowledge. in such a way as to help reduce the gap between theory and practice.
