Corporate Law and Corporate Operations

This research group will focus on two areas of study: (i) Corporate Law and (ii) Mergers and Acquisitions. The group aims to provide practical and theoretical training to students, as well as to lawyers and professors who decide to participate in this project. Additionally, it will be divided into several areas of study to allow for specialized research in each and to foster broad knowledge. We will focus on presenting various types of content, from papers to basic guides and opinion articles. Likewise, we aim to serve as a liaison between students and "Javerian" lawyers who wish to dedicate themselves or are dedicated to these topics in their professional lives. Additionally, we will plan various academic events where important aspects of these fields will be addressed.
