The Ergonomics and Human Factors incubator is aimed at students of Industrial Engineering (Faculty of Engineering) or the Master's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (Faculty of Nursing) of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana who have taken the subjects of Ergonomics and Human Factors and Fundamentals of Occupational Ergonomics respectively and aims to: Promote the training of students' research skills, with a focus on improving the working conditions.work and human-machine interaction based on the study of human needs and limitations.
