The Ergonomics and Human Factors incubator is aimed at students of Industrial Engineering (Faculty of Engineering) or of the Master's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (Faculty of Nursing) of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana who have taken the subjects of Ergonomics and Human Factors and Fundamentals of Occupational Ergonomics respectively and aims to: To promote the formation of research skills in students, with a focus on improving working conditions and human-machine interaction based on the study of the needs and limitations of humans.
