The research hotbed for microbiological quality of water and sludge (CMAL) belongs to the Environmental and Industrial Biotechnology Group (GBAI), which began activities 16 years ago.During these years, research and consulting projects financed by national and international entities have been developed seeking to respond to various problems related to water resource management.Since its inception it has linked undergraduate, master's, doctoral students and young researchers, as well as graduated professionals.
