We are a team of Javerian leaders committed to the scientific study of the relationship between human nutrition and the ecosystems present in Colombian territories. We carry out training and research around eco-nutrition and the sustainability of food systems through the development of an academic agenda aimed at impacting the construction of healthy and sustainable communities.
