Organization profile
We are a team of Xaverian leaders committed to the scientific study of the relationship between human food and the ecosystems present in Colombian territories. We carry out training and research on eco-nutrition and the sustainability of food systems through the development of an academic agenda aimed at impacting the construction of healthy and sustainable communities.
