Description

The Manufacturing Processes Laboratory has a built area of 95 m², divided into two sections. The first area, covering 70 m², is equipped with machinery for metalworking processes, such as a conventional lathe, milling machine, pillar drill, and bandsaw. The second area, measuring 25 m², houses a welding booth for processes such as flux-cored welding, stick welding, MIG, and TIG for carbon steels and stainless steels. It is also equipped with a large number of hand tools, various types of materials for project development, personal production elements, and more. Finally, the second section also features the technique of rotating bending analysis for studying fatigue in different materials.
