Nanotechnology Laboratory

Our laboratory focuses on comprehensive research, from the nanoscale to applied solutions. We specialize in synthesizing, characterizing and functionalizing nanostructured materials, in order to develop products for sectors such as environment, agriculture, food safety and health, always with a sustainable approach. We have advanced infrastructure for synthesis and characterization, including nanomaterial printers and lasers, as well as analytical equipment (UV-Vis, NMR, Raman, FTIR) and morphological techniques (FE-SEM, AFM, DLS) to study materials at the molecular level. In addition, we monitor greenhouse gases and volatile organic compounds to design technological tools to reduce their impact. Our laboratory is committed to scientific innovation in the service of sustainability and the fight against climate change.

El Laboratorio de Nanomateriales del Instituto iÓMICAS se centra en la investigación y desarrollo de soluciones desde la nanoescala hasta aplicaciones prácticas. Nos especializamos en la síntesis, caracterización y funcionalización de materiales nanoestructurados con aplicaciones en medio ambiente, agricultura, seguridad alimentaria y salud. Contamos con infraestructura avanzada que incluye impresoras de nanomateriales, láseres y equipos analíticos como UV-Vis, RMN, Raman, FTIR, además de herramientas morfológicas como FE-SEM, AFM y DLS. También realizamos monitoreo de gases de efecto invernadero y compuestos orgánicos volátiles, desarrollando tecnologías para reducir su impacto.
