Asphalt Aging Laboratory

The Asphalt Aging Laboratory is a 34 square meter space dedicated to simulating and measuring the chemical, physical, and mechanical changes generated in asphalt binders due to aging. It is equipped with devices such as the thin film oven, ultraviolet radiation, and high pressure aging chambers.

Realización de ensayos que simulan el envejecimiento del asfalto en condiciones controladas, como la exposición a altas temperaturas y aireación. Esto se realiza utilizando equipos, como el horno de envejecimiento rotatorio y la cámara de envejecimiento por presión y temperatura.
