Multi-Omic Characterization Laboratory

Welcome to the Multi-omic Characterization Laboratory. This is a wet lab where we process different types of biological samples for multi-omics analysis. We have experience working in the different disciplines of omics sciences such as: genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, lipidomics and metabolomics. We also have specialized state-of-the-art equipment such as a real-time thermocycler and a high resolution liquid chromatograph coupled to a Q-TOF mass spectrometer, and all the necessary equipment to perform high quality research.
