The oven heats the sample to a constant temperature while it rotates, ensuring uniform exposure to air and heat. The mass loss of the asphalt during this process is evaluated. Subsequently, the resistance of the asphalt is analyzed by examining changes in its physical properties, such as penetration, softening point, and ductility, among others.
